·        Qualified competent contractors will be equipped to respond 24hrs a day, usually within a few hours.

·        Qualified contractors understand the emotional conditions of a scene and act accordingly.

·        Qualified contractors have discrete/unmarked vehicles; beware of the contractor with “Blood-R-Us Cleaning” on the side of their vehicles.

·        Qualified contractors will not demand cash from family members prior to starting work. They will complete work and bill insurance directly.

·        Qualified contractors will be licensed and insured.

·        Qualified contractors will always be compassionate to family members.
